Setting Your Intention for the Day

When you wake up in the morning – you have a choice.  You can choose to take time to imagine the day ahead, and consciously describe how you want to experience it.  When you do this, you are partnering with your Creator/Spirit, letting Spirit know what you wish for in the day.  This is powerful use of intention.

Are you wondering if this really works?  An easy way to find out is to try it for a week.  Keep a journal of your choices.  Every morning for one week, write your daily descriptions down.  At the end of the day, take another look at your journal.  Did your desired day happen?  Did you come close?  Can you tell where you might have gotten off-track?

If you make this a daily practice, you will be amazed at how the energy will shift for you.
